Beachside Apartment in good conditions in Nueva Alcantara, San Pedro de Alcantara

Spacious flat in a quiet area close to the beach. Cozy living room from which we go to one of its terraces, it has 2. The main terrace is "L" shaped and has access to the master bedroom. In this bedroom we have an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has another bathroom en suite (this one with shower), from this bedroom we can access the second terrace, which is a bit smaller but very comfortable to be able to sunbathe or enjoy a shower as it has one. Between the living room and the kitchen there is a small toilet. The kitchen is very comfortable and well equipped and has a large laundry room. In the urbanization there are very nice gardens and a swimming pool for adults and another one for children which are fenced for the total security of the users.
