Beachside Plot in Tarifa

Large plot of land situated on the west side of Tarifa only a few metres from the beach. The plot, totalling 39.304 m2, has a direct access from the N-340 and can be developed: Plan Parcial approved in 2006. Excellent location on the best beaches of Costa de la Luz, Cádiz. This area is currently being improved with golf courses, luxury hotels and other leisure centers allowing Tarifa to become the new paradise in southern Spain easily comparible with the Caribbean beaches.
