This Palace is one of the most important landmarks of Málaga of the 17th and 18th century. The various historical difficulties it has suffered led to the housing of the city's town hall during the reign of Queen Elizabeth II (Isabel II). It later housed the Postal Service Office (Casa de Correos) until well into the 20th century. It is currently privately owned. It consists of a ground floor level and two additional levels. The interior is accessed through an impressive wooden door, you find the hallway, which was remodelled in the 19th century. It is formed by arches on marble columns with a corinthian capitol where they are open on the ground floor and closed on the higher floors. The main staircase starts with marble colums at the entrance on the left side that takes us to the second floor where the duplex penthouse for sale is located. There is also an elevator. The duplex penthouse is located on the second floor and consists of an entrance hall very illuminated by large windows that overlook the patio. A very spacious living room with fireplace and three balconies, a separate dining room. Kitchen, laundry and the master bedroom with its bathroom. The upper floor is accessed by a marble staircase, where we find two bedrooms, a bathroom. From one of the bedrooms there is access to a fully renovated mansard of more than 100m2 with exposed wooden beams. From the hall there is access to a terrace with a privileged view of the cathedral.
