Located in the heart of the Sierra de Hornachuelos, this is one of the best hunting estates in Spain with a capacity for more than 100 hunting posts. The estate is completely fenced with 2m high hunting netting with a hawthorn flap. It also has three fences of different sizes inside, to keep in reserve the pastures inside for the summer. Deer, wild boar jarocho, and Castilian, all original from Sierra Morena, as well as the mouflon introduced 20 years ago. The density of cattle is approximately nine hundred. It is mostly a pasture accompanied by areas of dense scrubland where bush (mastic, heather, rockrose, oak, rosemary, etc.) alternates with trees (oaks, cork oaks, holm oaks, wild olive trees, strawberry trees, peruétanos, alders, etc.) forming patches. Over the 9 years that the production cycle lasts, more than 10,000 quintals of cork are collected, which becomes one of the main sources of income. Fully fenced and communicated with internal lanes. In an idyllic plain of holm oaks there is a recently renovated Zahurda with a small shed where 300 Iberian pigs have been kept to take advantage of the montanera (grazing of acorns or beechnuts). 5J is among the clients who use this montanera. There is a palace house from the time of King Alfonso XIII, that can be rebuilt and converted into a hotel. The main house situated at the entrance of the estate with 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a toilet in the hall. Next to the main house is the caretaker's house. It has a parking yard and a slab with tiled facilities to receive and analyze the carcasses of the slaughtered cattle. On the side of the slab is a shed of 100m². 500m away from the house, there is a house and another shed of 200m² used for storing fodder, tractor, and utensils. The property is situated in the center of other prestigious hunting grounds.
